You are invited to visit Staten Island’s only non-profit, independent school. Staten Island Academy is a college preparatory school, educating children ages 4 through Grade 12.

Yes, we are in New York City but it certainly doesn't feel that way! We are located on a beautiful 12- acre campus on Todt Hill. We are small, personal and friendly. Come to one of our many Open Houses, take a tour, see the classrooms, the art barn, the science and computer labs and library. After you visit Staten Island Academy you will see the difference. Our students and teachers shine!

Our students excel in the classroom, on the stage and on the athletic fields. But we don’t accomplish this by ourselves. Our school celebrates community and our faculty and parents support our mission of independence, integrity and achievement. We look for great kids and families too!

Admission to the Academy is very selective. While most of our students come from Staten Island, our close-knit community includes students who live in Brooklyn, New Jersey and Manhattan. Bus transportation is available on Staten Island and from Brooklyn for the 2007-2008 school year.

The Admissions Office adheres to the notification and reply dates set by the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York.
