WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS
The Academy seeks students who will be successful in the school's rigorous college preparatory program. The application process includes an entrance examination, school visit and interview. Admissions Process Request
a brochure Grade Pre-K through Grade 5 applicants: Once your application is received, we will call you to make appointments for the entrance examination, school visit and interview. Grades 6 - 12 applicants: Once your application is received, we will call you to make appointments for a school visit and interview. All Middle and Upper School applicants are required to spend part of a school day attending classes with a current student. All applicants are required to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Register for the ISEE test online. William Winter Scholars Program: Open to students who will be entering Grade 6 or Grade 9 the following September. Students from all public, parochial, and private schools are eligible to participate. Awards are based on an examination, school transcripts, teacher recommendations, and a personal interview.
