Either apply online or download, print, complete, and return the Application, Application Addendum, a writing sample from an English or History class assignment and final report card from last year, along with the $50 application fee:
The application deadline for the 2011 - 2012 school year is January 14, 2011. Be sure to select your Open House and Examination date on the Application Addendum. You MUST also complete the ISEE Registration Form. In order to register for this test, the ISEE form must be completed and mailed with payment of $89 by October 22, 2010. (Please note that you will be charged an additional $20 fee by ISEE if you register by phone or fax.) Staten Island Academy’s school code is 335400.
