STUDENT LIFE: CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES HIGHLIGHTS

Art Club
Club members visit museums and exhibits, design murals and group projects, and create art displays. Projects to date included: the Haunted House for the lower school students, holiday decorations, and art exhibits in Haugen Hall Atrium.

Asian Club
The Asian club has had its first food tasting and will continue to meet every week. We plan to have a trip to Chinatown soon.

Environment Club
The group recently attended a Reforestation Workshop over Winter Break.

Gay-Straight Alliance
The mission of GSA is to educate and inform. GSA promotes community tolerance and addresses homophobia and prejudice. The GSA holds meetings every other Friday during lunch and is always open to new students.

Model UN
Thirty-six members, representing Indonesia, Tunisia, and Romania, attended the MUN conference in Philadelphia in January.

Spanish Club
Club members explore all aspects of the Spanish culture including history, traditions, cuisine, film and literature.
