STUDENT LIFE OVERVIEW

The Student Life pages are a peek into the Academy’s educational experience outside of the classroom from athletics to the arts.

We believe that it is important for students to explore new activities and talents through extracurricular activities and clubs. After school on a typical day, Academy students can be found rehearsing for a theatrical production, writing an article for the school newspaper, practicing the violin, participating in a lively book discussion in the Library, or playing on an athletic team.

The Academy provides students with many outstanding opportunities to explore a wide range of interests without leaving the safe confines of our 12-acre campus. Facilities include:

  • The Stanley Library
  • Computer Centers, Wireless Laptops and Smart Classrooms
  • The Art Barn, Art Studio and Music Rooms
  • Haugen Hall Theater
  • Athletics Fields and Tennis Courts
  • A State-of-the-Art Fitness Center
  • OJ Buck Gymnasium
  • Outdoor In-ground Pools and Newly Renovated Playgrounds
